Welcome at the homepage of 'De Elsenerhof', established in a characteristic farm in Twente, the eastern countryside of the Netherlands. At 'de Elsenerhof' the Nijhof family breeds and trades Friesians, in which the love for this beautiful animal is central. As Ben Nijhof says: "We love our Friesians, it's in our family, my grandfather already used to work with Friesian horses."
